Apt 2 + Disguise 2 + Roll 10 = 14
Apt 2 + Conduct 3 + Roll 7 = 12
*note that he has Ghost in the System so any security cameras will not get a good look at him.

Ok. You spend 3 days before finding out trash is collected once a week. There's not any more or less police activity than is normal for the area. Security doesn't step outside too often, and only checks their perimeter after the facility shuts down after about 5-6pm, and before it opens up in the morning.
What was the area for the escape route? The rear towards the train tracks? Mostly just dirt, overgrown weeds, nothing too fancy.

For the UPS Truck hijacking. What day are you doing this? And let me know who does what.
If you're following him in a vehicle, someone will need to get a car. Here's a few options I could think of: -Make a Negotiation check, and spend $500 dollars for having a car rental clerk "look the other way", regarding who checked out the vehicle. A good negotiation check could bring down the price a little, a bad one drive it up. 500 is starting. -Sleight of Hand check to lift a person's keys after they park, and steal the vehicle. -Sabotage check to break in (without being obvious), another to hot wire the vehicle (May also substitute with Technical-Electrical or Mechanics at a -F) -Disguise check to appear as a valet attendant while the real one is getting a car. $50 for uniform. Conduct check to present yourself as one. Better rolls will make you harder to remember distinguishing features that could track you down.
Once you have a vehicle, perform the following:
Have the Driver make a Hide check, so that the truck driver doesn't get suspicious about you following him on his route.
Also, the Driver of the pursuing vehicle will make a Pilot: Car check. As you're following the driver, as there's really bad traffic that morning.
Once we get that far, I'll go with what happens when your designated hijacker goes for the truck.

If we want to be discrete and try to lift someones keys Yod has a really good Slight of Hand, Hide and Conduct. But he is Asian so he takes a racial -FFF to all driving related skill checks except for Drifting.
Stirling is a competent car thief. He has Hide, Silent and Sabotage maxed and Rogue is his secondary focus. He also has 3 ranks in Pilot: Car
Stirling: "Lord knows it wouldn't be the first time I've nicked a set a wheels"

*Nelson looks at Stirling like he is full of shit*
Zoltan: "Ahem..."
I c-I ca- I can... I can help St-st-steal...
Nelson: "What is it boy? Billy feel down a well?"
Zoltan: "Steal... someone's car keys..."
*Nelson looks Zoltan like he is full of shit.*
Nelson: "Anyway, how about Zult... Uhm Zelf... Oingo Boingo and the chinaman take care of stealing a car, together they can come up with something. Me and Stirling can take care of driving both the stolen car and the UPS truck. I'm not the best driver, but I'm also not a chinaman, so I got that going for me."
OoC: Zoltan can telekinetically lift the keys off of a person, unless he does not have line of site, if that is the case then he can at least help distract the person so Yodd can pick pocket them. He can also unlock the car, and maybe make a "telekinetic key" that can start the car
Zoltan: "I've never tr-tried it... B-but it c-c-could work..." *quickly looks around at everyone to see their reaction, and then stares at his shoes again*

The telekinetic key idea is cool, but would not be feasible. Most modern cars made in this day and age have a small computer chip in them required for ignition.
And you would need to see the keys to lift them out with TK

Off topic, but I thought I'd like to share this with you guys:
So we were discussing Andrew Jackson's epic failed assassination attempt in my history class today... and this is how I saw it in my mind:
Assassin: "Alright, so I make my way through the crowd"
GM: "Okay, you see Andrew Jackson, what do you do."
Assassin: "Nice! Alright, I walk up to him, bust out my Pistol, and called shot head at point blank. Hehheheh someones gunna get fucked up ;D"
*Rolls D12*
*Nat 1*
Assassin: FUCK!
GM: "Haha! Confirm it!"
Assassin: "No no no no! I blow a thematic point to cancel out the Nat 1!"
GM: "Alright, so it's just a misfire. You got one action left, what do you do?"
Assassin: "I quickdraw my back up Pistol like a boss and go for another called shot head!"
*Rolls D12*
*Nat 1*
Assassin: "REALLY!?!"
Andrew Jackson: "BWAHAHAHA!!"
GM: "Aaaaand another Misfire. Alright Andy, you're up."
Andrew Jackson: "Yeah, I'm going to disarm the incompetent Assassin's Pistol... I got a 16."
Assassin: "I dodge! ... Fuck yeah, got a 17!"
GM: "Bad luck."
Assassin: "SON OF A BITCH!"
GM: "And Andrew Jackson has a Pistol."
Andrew Jackson: "Now I proceed to beat him with it."
GM: "Nice, but it's an improvised light bludgeoning weapon, so you're going to take a negati-"
Andrew Jackson: "Nat 12... 8 to confirm."
GM: "That works too."
Andrew Jackson: "and... Headshot."
Assassin: "I don't even care anymore."
GM: "And down goes the Assassin."
... And that is how Andrew Jackson survived his Assassination attempt.

Stirling *grinning* "yeah Zolty, rets see what you got"
Yod *with a scowl* "fuck you, you engrish plick"
Stirling: "Bahaha, take it easy Wang Chung, were all on the same team here. Anyway Zoltan, can you get it?"

*Zoltan stops the Music player before it enters Yod's pocket, then moves it slightly over and let's it hit the ground.*
Alter Check: 9 (reduces power to expend only 1 MP)
Nelson: "Hang on a second, we need to send a message back to headquarters so they know when when we are going to strike, and when to take out the eye relay. That means we need to make a Covert drop. We're gunna need a runner to make the drop, I'm looking at you Kim chi McChowmein-san. I can keep my eyes peeled for any potential hosties or surveillance that might get in our way."
Yodd: Scheisse! *Picks up his music player and storms off*
Zoltan: "... what?"
Nelson: "Yeaaaah, it's all ching chong chang to me... Anyway, we need a new runner...."
Nelson: "Well don't all volenteer at once... Nassan!"
Nassan: "Buh?"
Nelson: "Glad to have you on board, let's roll!"

Meanwhile at the drop zone:

You guys get ready, and as Nassan exits after applying his disguise, he says:
Nassan: "Who picked out this runner outfit? Turquoise spandex? Really?"
The room is quiet, and Bane says, "Get out there and strut it!" The room busts up laughing, and the two of you go to the drop zone.
Nassan (Disguise: 7, Hide: 17, Conduct: 12)
As Nelson is watching out, he notices a woman with a duffel bag near the drop sight. She would be out of Nassan's easy line of sight, but not yours. She doesn't seem to be hostile, as she just seems like a really nice girl. She is casually observing the area though.

Nelson pulls out his cell phone, puts it to his ear and walks over to where the girl is sitting.
Nelson: "What do you mean I can't miss it? I am standing on [Names cross streets he is on] and I don't see a Wang Chung's Chinese food restaurant anywhere! I am not calling you a liar. Look, just look over your directions again... You know I'm terrible with technology, can't you just tell me? Awwww, baby, don't be like that! *goes on*"
*Nelson stands in a position that blocks her line of sight from Nassan.*

The woman waits for about half a minute before standing up, taking her bag with her and moving to a new park bench.

*Nelson throws the signal to cancel the drop* and walks off.
