A middle-aged, stern, and formidable-looking Major enters the room, carrying some folders. He sits down, then motions for you to sit back down as well. He slides [As many people are in the party, including NPC’s] small black pins over the table towards you guys. They are just small black dots, as a pin you can wear like a medal. However, none of you have seen these before. He looks at each one of you, making solid eye contact for a moment before moving on to the next person. “These pins are given to service-members who are involved in a dangerous Special Operations mission. I’m Major Dreyer, commander of Metropolis’ Spec-Ops units. You’ve all shown great aptitude for combat, in some form or another, and I’m here to offer you a mission. You don’t do this for glory, and it’s not getting you laid. This mission is a Black Op- you are not Anarchists, you are not using our tech, or our rules. You conduct this operation as you see fit, and come back here like nothing happened, and tell no one of what you did.” At that moment, a young, orange-haired woman steps out of the shadows of the room. Dreyer nods, and continues, “Your target is the corporate headquarters of the CommTek Corporation. Emilie Fall here (motioning to the young woman), some of you may recognize as a fugitive and hacker extraordinaire. She’ll be accompanying you, and your success depends on her survival.” He stands up, pacing back and forth, “You have two objectives. Your primary objective is going to be a secret to anyone else, and that is to allow Emilie to find data about the Electric Eye Satellite Network in their mainframe. Your cover objective is to steal $100 million from their vault. Each of you will be given $10 million towards your post-service retirement fund, and an additional $100,000 for completing the job; as soon as we launder the money. If you don’t bring back $100 mil, these numbers are subject to change a percentage. Since you’re not using our tech and weapons, you’ll each have a budget towards your gear in our “store credit”. I believe most of you have already picked out most of your weaponry."
He slides a small weapons case on the table. It contains a Plastic 29, two magazines, and a Polycarbonate Knife.
"You'll need this to get past the metal detectors. Miss Fall will brief you on the operation level planning. Good luck gentlemen...and women (as he looks at Emilie). I don't need to tell you how important this operation is.”
Emilie sits down where Dreyer was sitting, and says, “Alright. You guys are better at military tactics than me, so I’ll leave the detailed planning to your person-in-charge to figure out. Here’s the basic layout though- • The day before we decide to strike, Anarchists are going to siege the Eye relay station. It will likely be a bloody and costly battle, but it should disable the Eye over Downtown Metropolis for us, so we can operate without being seen and destroyed easily. We have up to 2 weeks before our window of opportunity expires for this mission.
• We need to initially get in quietly (or at least just some of us and myself), so I can get into their security system and shut it down. If their alarms go off, the vault locks down past the point I could even try to hack it, and that’s it. Game over. This means that whoever goes with me needs a weapon and equipment that can go through metal detectors, until they’re shut down. After that, the rest of the team can come in and bring our hardware.
• It should only take me 5-10 minutes to crack their security system once at the Security Office on the 5th Floor. I should also be able to cut internet and phone lines there, from what I’ve studied of their systems.
• After that, I’m going to need to get to the 6th floor to hack their mainframe, try to find any data about the Eye. The rest of you should be taking out any security, and rounding up hostages.
• After I’ve got the data, I’ll head up to the 7th floor to crack the safe.
• Escape is the hard part. I haven’t quite figured that out, but I’m thinking we might be able to use either the railroad or maybe the sewers. I’m all up for ideas. Air support is probably nil, since we’ll only be able to knock out about a small area (here on map). I kind of had a thought about timing our escape for a freight train coming south along these rails near the building. Hop on, ride the train until it crosses the bridge. Once over water, bail, swim or boat to destination. A lot of freighter traffic goes on near the industrial area over the bridge, so we might be able to slip out that way. The worst part is making it to the train. Not sure how to do that.

Ground Level of the CommTek building. All 3 entrances are guarded, and have metal detectors. The blue area to the bottom left is a fountain. The U-shape in the middle is a reception desk. The room to the top right should be a small cafeteria. The three offices on the ground floor should be as follows, top to bottom: -Janitorial services -Facility Maintenance services (makes sure everything is running properly) -Security equipment room, and the small room should be a lock-up for contraband checked into the facility (such as personal laptops, flash drives, weapons, etc). Cars checked into the parking structure are valet'ed. The attendant is at the office to the bottom right of the parking structure (the 2m x 2m room). Attachments:

March 13th: Yod dirties himself up, throws on some old clothes, grabs a trash bag, throws a couple empty plastic bottles in it and heads down to the area around the CommTek building. Starting at the bridge and working his way backwards Yod traces the planned escape route examining his surroundings and periodically stopping to riffle through the trash to grab more plastic bottles.
When he arrives at the CommTek building he moves from trashcan to trashcan on the streets surrounding the building discretely looking for security and police activity as any normal hobo would. He also takes notice of the amount of trash in the cans to gauge how long since they had been emptied and watches for any sanitation department workers emptying the trash.
(so what do i need to roll??)

First, I'll have you roll Aptitude+Disguise to see how you appear.
You'll be rolling Aptitude+Conduct (Under the Social Skills) to see how well you play the part, so no one gets suspicious as you gather your information.
