Population: (Under human-government): 917,000 (89% Human, 4% Halfling, 3% Gnome, 2% Genasi/Planetouched, 2% Other (Dwarf, Elf, etc.)
Outside of Human-Government & civilized: 175,00 (31% Elf, 26% Dwarf, 19% Goblinoids and Orcs, 13% Lizardfolk, 8% Giant-folk (Including Dragonkin), 3% Outlaws, Unknowns & Misc.)

+10%: Ranged Weapons with increment greater than 30ft and any firearm.
+10%: Magical Items. Although the tax is high, in the city of Eindhem almost any item can potentially be found. Gather Information DC 20 is required for any item up to double the GP limit. Anything past is most likely not for sale in shops or private parties.
