Also, still a work in progress
Planes
Unless noted otherwise, all planes are the same as described in the Manual of the Planes.
Material Plane:
There are several “Disks” of the Material Plane, which co-existently intersect each other. Each one contains a single universe of galaxies. Essentially, the Material Plane has 12 layers. Co-existent to the Material Plane is the Ethereal Plane, the Plane of Shadow, Plane of Mirrors, and the Region of Dreams. The Material is Coterminous with the Astral Plane and the Temporal Plane.
Ethereal & Shadow:
In addition to the standard notes for the Ethereal & Shadow, there’s the Deep Ethereal Plane, and the Deep Plane of Shadow. The Deep planes connect with the Inner Planes, and are Co-existent with them. The Deep planes are coterminous with their respective plane. Using the deep planes can allow a brave traveler to access the inner planes by using a spell that transports them to the ethereal/shadow planes. The Deep planes are accessible to a spellcaster directly if cast within area of effect of an arcana line or junction. This may or may not be an intentional transportation to the Deep planes.
Plane of Mirrors:
This plane is coexistent with only the Material plane, and only connected in any way to the Material. Each mirror in the Material plane is in the same spot on the Plane of Mirrors, which is a maddening network and labyrinth of corridors and mirrors. Each mirror is in the same spot it’s on in the Material. A viewer on the Plane of Mirrors can look through a mirror like a pane of glass into the Material plane. The only way to access the Plane is by a spell, and using the mirror walk spell. The Mirror-self described in the Manual of the Planes is similar to the one for this cosmology, except that when you step through to the plane of mirrors, the Mirror-self enters the Material Plane.
Region of Dreams: (also known as the Plane of Dreams)
As per normal for the book, except with the following notes:
It is co-existent, and only connected to the Material Plane. When a mortal sleeps, their mind accesses the Region of Dreams, and creates a dreamscape. When on any other plane besides the Material, including a plane co-existent to the Material, Material creatures do not dream.
