This is where you can reference, and even add your own notes for contacts you meet throughout your business dealings. I'll be adding things as we go, but feel free to add stuff too. The Office: Located off the 10 and Western, with Washington Ave as a cross-street. It’s homebase for your syndicate, known as Halcyon. It fronts as a distribution and corporate office for the Iron Battalion. They’re mostly suppliers (with some small, off-site manufacturing capabilities) for steel and other metal products and tools, and just launched a line of high-strength polymer products. It acts as a fully functional business, but is only marginally profitable. They do have contracts with several weapons manufacturers, including Century Munitions and government-contracted companies, as a side note. 1st floor: 2nd floor: 3rd floor: Roof: Army Surplus Emporium: Off Centinela Ave, and Venice Blvd. A front belonging to Halcyon, and sells weapons and other goods. Halcyon uses it to purchase and store firearms and ammo, as well as launder money.

Jack Steele: Mastermind of Halcyon, a highly intelligent and cunning businessman who has cut his own niche into Los Angeles’s underworld with Halcyon. Derek Fiennes: Jack's second-in-command, and 40% partner in Halcyon. He's efficient, organized, and expects results as planned. Mike Thompson: One of the Halcyon crew, like yourselves. One of the most unsuspecting of criminals, as he looks like he lives around computers with his polo shirt, and thick rimmed square glasses. This couldn't be farther from the truth. He prefers to use an old Thompson submachinegun for heavy work. He got shot in the leg recently during a trade with the Irish that went bad. Vince Hall: Another Halcyon hitter. He fronts a small construction company for Halcyon, as a foreman. He's a charmer, and is typically the salesman for Halcyon. When he needs to though, he'll bust out his dual pistols. Kev Pascal: The youngest of the crew, Kev is typically called "the new guy", or "rookie". He's often the driver, bartender, coffee-boy and valet. Tracy Law: This one usually gives people the creeps. He's as tough as nails, and looks like he was in 'Nam. Twice. He answers to only two people- Jack, and Derek. He tends to work alone, too.

Irish Mob: These Irishmen don’t go down easy. A vigilante killer single-handedly brought down their organization a few years back. Their LA boss ended up killing himself in shame and defeat. Since then, their HQ from back east sent some new wreckers into town to get back their piece of the pie, and do whatever it takes to get it. They formerly controlled parts of the Long Beach Harbor shipping routes. Since they were removed, all sorts of syndicates have jumped on that territory, and it’s been an uphill race since.
The Manor House: This is an upscale club owned by the Irish. It's themed after a southern plantation house.

The Italians: What syndicate-based game would be complete without them? Considered the undisputed leaders in organized crime in LA, they have their hands in almost everything, including other syndicates.
Tony Forelli: He operates out of a deli on Huntington Drive and the 210. He specializes in information, usually government and police matters; but he's not limited to just that.

The Germans: This small syndicate is mostly into smuggling. Their specialty is weaponry, armor, and related gear. This makes them friends to most syndicates, as they’re known for their quality. Another facet is information brokering, and if you have enough cash you can know who shot JFK, if that’s what you wanted. Anton Strauss: Mr. Strauss typically deals information, or sets up meets with the arms suppliers. He runs a German-cusine restaurant in a strip mall off the 110, off Slauson/Figueroa. He is very helpful to Halcyon, and may waive the cash requirement for information in exchange for a favor.
